Namaste, I’m Gabbi! My practices are about personal liberation and embodiment. I have experienced free movement as a catalyst for my own healing, and now my purpose and passion is to share this powerful tool with others. Moving our bodies out of love and curiosity rather than judgment or expectation, invites us to dance with the flow of life. As a yoga teacher, pilates instructor, transformational coach, and sound healer, I create experience for curious self-healers to feel connected and supported when seeking their truth and striving towards their goals.

Hi, I'm Claire. I am an experienced Clinical Exercise Physiologist who has worked with a wide variety of clients in successfully helping them achieve their personal fitness goals. My experience ranges from working with clients who are managing chronic conditions, to elite athletes competing in marathons and Ironman events. I am an athlete myself and ran across the country from San Francisco, CA to Baltimore, MD to raise money and awareness for the Ulman Foundation that benefits young adults battling cancer. Having my mother who is a cancer survivor and my biggest role model, I practice what I preach everyday.

I got my Master's Degree in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention so that I could be better equipped to help others perform at a high level, whilst doing the things that they enjoy the most. I love to make people stronger, and to help them understand the benefits of that on their everyday performance. I spent over 6 years competing in the sport of powerlifting. I love to compete, and I do have a competitive nature!

Hey y’all! I’m Olivia. I’ve worked with swimmers of all ages for more than 17 years. My parents told me that at 6 months old, I toddled over and jumped into a hotel pool which scared them but ignited my love of the water. I began my competitive swimming career at the age of eight (8) and swam all the way through high school, at Friends’ Central, and collegiately, at Ohio Wesleyan University. My passion is in making sure that everyone has access and the skills needed to feel at home in the water. I am an athlete, a traveler, and a multi hyphenated human overall. I look forward to working with you and The Lab soon!

Hi, I’m Maximus. I am a swim instructor with The Lab and it has been an amazing journey so far. I’m currently studying Elementary Education at Temple University and hoping to get my doctorate to broaden my perspective on life and education. Since I was a child, I’ve been very drawn to the natural elements and water was a direct connection to who I felt I could be. As a competitive swimmer for 10+ years, I’ve learned so much about the magic that the pool can bring to your everyday life. My goal with The Lab is to share these experiences in a stress free environment and, hopefully, build a strong sense of partnership with my clients and the water.

Hey, I’m Hannah, I’ve spent 30 years teaching health & fitness both in Sweden & in the USA. My career started in Stockholm, Sweden where I went to school for physical therapy. I’ve worked with various types of clientele, from business professionals to professional athletes both in Europe & the USA. I wake up every single morning excited to see my clients and help them become little bit stronger & resilient each day. Working for the lab is incredible because I get to work with coaches with the same vision & attitude.

Hey folks, I'm Alex! I've worn many hats over the years – personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, health educator – and I've spent over 20 years diving into the world of martial arts.
I'm a firm believer in the regenerative ability of the human body, which is why I teach people how to move better, stay active, and resolve their aches and pains independently.
What really drives me is streamlining the complexities of health, wellness, and fitness for everyone. I want to demystify concerns like joint pain, injuries, and stress, so you can address them right from your living room. In fact, my goal is to empower you to not need me at all!
Beyond my professional life, I'm deeply passionate about martial arts and music. Although I’m not a dancer, I've found a world of inspiration in both and how it has the power to transform lives.
