Hi, I’m Aaron. I founded our remarkable company back in May of 2011. I’ve been working hard to build a team of incredible professionals that deliver unparalleled personal health and fitness experiences. My lifetime devotion to sport and human performance has taught me incredible things and I can’t wait to share them with you!

Sam

Hey, I’m Sam. Before joining The Lab, I spent 14 years as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach at various institutions. I’ve also worked with various types of clientele, from business professionals to professional athletes. I’m driven to EDUCATE, CHALLENGE, and EMPOWER people just like you in their pursuit of health and human performance. Joining The Lab means that we both have access to Philadelphia’s most sought after wellness, fitness, and nutrition practitioners.

Hey I’m Greg! I’m a former track athlete with a background in cycling, group fitness, and personal training. My wide range of skill and knowledge provide the absolute best experience for all clients. I have a passion for mentoring/coaching others into their personal best results physically as well as mentally. Vulnerability = Power : We always find a way to Push On.

Dom

My name is Dom. I got my Master's Degree in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention so that I could be better equipped to help others perform at a high level, whilst doing the things that they enjoy the most. I love to make people stronger, and to help them understand the benefits of that on their everyday performance. I spent over 6 years competing in the sport of powerlifting. I love to compete, and I do have a competitive nature!

Alex

Hey folks, I'm Alex! I've worn many hats over the years – personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, health educator – and I've spent over 20 years diving into the world of martial arts.

I'm a firm believer in the regenerative ability of the human body, which is why I teach people how to move better, stay active, and resolve their aches and pains independently.

What really drives me is streamlining the complexities of health, wellness, and fitness for everyone. I want to demystify concerns like joint pain, injuries, and stress, so you can address them right from your living room. In fact, my goal is to empower you to not need me at all!

Beyond my professional life, I'm deeply passionate about martial arts and music. Although I’m not a dancer, I've found a world of inspiration in both and how it has the power to transform lives.

Hello! My name is Kelly and I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2015. I’m certified in 3 different Les Mills formats as well as certified in Dr. John Rusin’s Pain Free Performance program. My method is all about progression in order to keep my clients moving safe and effectively. Joining The Lab means that I am a member of a group of professionals who take pride in each and every one of their clients as well as their fellow team mates.

Hey, I’m Hannah, I’ve spent 30 years teaching health & fitness both in Sweden & in the USA. My career started in Stockholm, Sweden where I went to school for physical therapy. I’ve worked with various types of clientele, from business professionals to professional athletes both in Europe & the USA. I wake up every single morning excited to see my clients and help them become little bit stronger & resilient each day. Working for the lab is incredible because I get to work with coaches with the same vision & attitude.

James

I’m James, Run Coach for The Lab. I’m excited to bring my unique blend of passion, personality and knowledge to the concierge personal training space. Philadelphia’s my home and I pride myself on knowing the city’s trails, parks and green spaces better than anyone. Whatever your performance, health or lifestyle goals might be I’ll look forward to lacing up my shoes to guide you on your journey! Marina

Hey! My name is Marina, but your kids might call me Mermaid Mina during class. I have been working with swimmers of all ages from infants to adults for the last 15 years. It has been my greatest gift imparting the joys of swimming to my clients. For me, the water has always been my safe space. It’s where I go to ground, rejuvenate, and reconnect with myself — which is what I hope to share with my clients.

Additionally, I have experienced incredible breakthroughs through consistent yoga practice and energy healing, which I began practicing while living abroad. Now back in Philly, it is a privilege to share mindfulness and embodiment practices with clients looking to find reprieve from the daily hustle and grind. I aim to slow things down enough to allow your system to recalibrate to harmony. Whether it’s in the pool or on the mat, I look forward to seeing you to your personal success.

Claire

Hi, I'm Claire. I am an experienced Clinical Exercise Physiologist who has worked with a wide variety of clients in successfully helping them achieve their personal fitness goals. My experience ranges from working with clients who are managing chronic conditions, to elite athletes competing in marathons and Ironman events. I am an athlete myself and ran across the country from San Francisco, CA to Baltimore, MD to raise money and awareness for the Ulman Foundation that benefits young adults battling cancer. Having my mother who is a cancer survivor and my biggest role model, I practice what I preach everyday.
